Thomas Cook Travel Store manchester

I've had excellent helpful customer service from Thomas cook... with a quality hotel and a great price at the time we wanted. Can't fault them.

I`ve flown with Thomas Cook to Orlando for the past 5 years they WERE very affordable flights in fact i flew to Miami in October and they were 950 pounds for two of us,I`ve just tried to book with them for Orlando 2018 and they want 1890 so guess who i wont be flying with next year.

Disappointed because they are really difficult to get hold of and don't return phone calls. How do they sell anything?

Absolutely dreadful, correspondence with this office is abysmal, they never answer their phone or emails, I cannot get confirmation of payment, I ring them constantly and never get a reply. Head office chat line cannot help either. I will never book with Thomas Cook again
