No major problems at this practice, but: Frontline staff interpersonal skills could be improved. Dropped calls when you get to number one still is an issue I've never heard of ANYONE doing a referral, printing off the letter and then telling you to go buy a stamp and post it. Christmas is over Scrooge.

I would have given them a lower star if there was an option.Very poor time management. Making appointments are just useless as you won’t be seen on time. Not only once but twice they made me wait for more then 30 mints.

JUST SIMPLY AVOID going here, they dont have enough appointments for NHS patients and make you pay as a private patient. I was totally disapointed with the way they handled my case and even my GP advised the whole experience sounded bizarre to him.

Unprofessional, incompetent staff and the worst service I've ever received . If it was possible to rate no stars and leave a review I would have. They automatically cancelled my appointment, was incredibly difficult to get through and when I've called to reschedule have been informed me they blocked my account. I implore you go elsewhere. They ought to retrain their entire staff in custom service . Appalling

I had a very good experience here, very efficient and helpful staff. My dentist is excellent as I am a nervous patient, I felt at ease and my nerves were calmed so my treatment was completed with no problems. Highly recommend this practice. Excellent!

Got to speak to Jawariia a very nice and educated member of the White House dental practice today. Called because I needed some advice as I was in pain. Even though I was not registered with them she spoke with such courtesy and gave good advice and reassured me. Really hope I can get registered with them.

Terrible practice. They constantly cancel your booking just before your appointments and sometimes turn you away at the door. I know so many people with similar experiences which moved to another dentist due to the constant unprofessional service. They called my elderly father for an appointment and confirmed the day before his appointment. Upon arrival, after a long commute in the cold, they said non of the reception staff are saying they called. I’ve shown the phone record and confirmed there was a call but they still turned us away with no explanation or an apology.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Feedback always good but I don't get time to do it. This is necessary to protect other patients from disappointments. Two bad service from their receptionists: I checked-in 15 minutes earlier for the appointment (4.55pm) on 02.09.2021. A male receptionist got my details and confirmed me back my presence. During this time this male receptionist was getting another lady's details too before finishing me. This time I asked him " IS ALL DONE" as I got a doubt at his service. He replied me "YES, YOU CAN TAKE A SEAT." After half an hour waiting I went and asked him "WILL THE DOCTOR CALL ME?" After checking something in the computer he said that I would be next patient. About 5.45pm (after one hour waiting in front of him) that irresponsible receptionist says "I MADE A MISTAKE, I DID NOT TICK YOUR NAME AND DOCTOR CAN'T SEE YOU." After a conversation with him, I went out. Then I spoke to the manager who is working more than 30years in the dental practice (introduced herself). She could only worry and apologise for it (expected reply). She confirmed that she would call me on 06.09.2021 to give an appointment. But I did not receive any call yet. This is my one hour observation during my waiting time: that male receptionist was chatting with other staff, laughing and reading some book without any extra attention about the patients who were waiting for long time in front of him. About 3 months ago, I was late to an appointment by 10 minutes due to an accident on the way to the practice. I was sent back without seeing the doctor. On this day I phoned them 7 times to inform my delay, No one picked-up the phone. This is another good example for their good service.
