Euro Car Parts offer excellent value for money. Their delivery times are also remarkable with free same day delivery options available. They also run promotions frequently to allow for extra savings. Customer service is also really good. Their 365 return policy gives you piece of mind. Not sure what else you need really for an auto parts shop. Near perfect. Only downside can be if you need to pick up or return items in person there generally tends to be queues and a wait.

Had to wait a while behind a guy who was presumably rebuilding a 2005 BMW M3 from scratch but these guys are great and I saved a load of money with their end of month sale.

Excellent customer service by Jai, was very efficient when collecting my order and I was particularly impressed by his knowledge of the products!

Very slow to serve their customers. They take your money and then are not really bothered in getting your goods to you quick. Very disappointed.

Long queues ecen though you pay online for click and collect. Need to queue in the store, then be told to go queue outside to wait for your goods. Travel to the Harrow or Uxbridge store for a better experience.

Good service from staff. Very prompt and the young Asian girl (sorry forgot your name) on the till is allways very helpful, nothing is too much bother. Note to management-Promote her!!

I have a terrible experience. I will do not go there anymore. Is racism and unfair treatment. Shame
