Disgusting care! No confidence in anyone! When finally (13 phone calls later) I was able to get through to the wards to ask about a relative the phone was answered by a patient! This has happened twice now 4 months apart! Where is the confidentiality? When a Dr eventually returned my call he spoke to my son 16 year old son! Not me who is actually the patients next of kin! In a case conference re my relative the Dr kept calling my relative by the wrong name! If they can’t get his name right doesn’t give much confidence in delivering good care! Then they tried to discharge at 5pm without even discussing patients care, or formulating a discharge plan! And the PALS service is a joke as they don’t answer the phone and don’t even return respond to messages! If I could give a minus score I would!

My operation for trigeminal neuralgia was undertaken by Mr Jibril Osman-Farah. I can honestly say I am over the moon with finally, after suffering for over 5 years, being out of continuous pain. A perfect gentleman and a very conscientious team. During the Covid epidemic I was very grateful to be admitted even though there were no visitors allowed, obviously. I do not have any pain now. Thankyou.
