The views and facilities were great but customer service sucked- had a few minor issues that could’ve been resolved fairly easily but the supervisor didn’t seem to care. Mark was on his name- didn’t look at us when we spoke, was just on his phone and didn’t seem interested in anything we were saying. Also smelt like alcohol on his breath, so you know a young guy more interested in drinking than working. Place is fine provided you don’t have any issues that require assistance

We stayed here a few months ago and were so impressed. The room was great, view was stunning. The gym was fantastic. Most of all though the pool and pool bar with music and cocktails was amazing. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if visiting Townsville again.

One of the nicest places to stay in Townsville in terms of modern rooms. It has good restaurants in house. However, it is a short drive from the Townsville CBD but only a short walk to the Strand.
