14 years ago we purchased our hot tub from Neil, who was based in The Grosvenor Garden centre ,Chester for our joint 40th birthday present. We used it constantly for 9 years with Neil servicing it and keeping it tip top condition for us but ,with our work and other commitments we reluctantly switched our hot tub OFF .5 years later didn’t think we would get the tub up and running again so contacted Neil to see if it would be possible to sell the tub for us ,that was not a problem for him to do and he found 2 buyers for it ,came up to service and see what it needed which turned out to be just the pump, after spending a few hours discussing it felt bad on the people Neil had taken time to find and then decided to keep our tub as Neil had got it up and crystal clear as if he’d just fitted it brand new.We are now using it like we did 14 years ago and enjoying it.The one thing about Neil, and The Tub Store is nothing is a problem and we would like to thank Neil so much for the hard work and the dedication he puts into his work to make sure the product he sold us 14 years ago and the product he now sells is 100% tip top ,really grateful and know he’s only a text/call away for any problems cheers Neil and gang for a great service u provide and here’s to another 14 years .fully recommend this establishment for hot tubs and servicing100% .

I highly recommend The Tub Store. After doing some research I went and spoke with Neil at the Tub Store. Very welcoming with absolutely no pressure. I found Neil very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of Hot Tubs, maintenance, the running and servicing aspects. I placed my order and straight away was given a delivery date. On the day of delivery Neil and the team went above and beyond with the installation. Everything was set up and demonstrated perfectly. No mess was left and everything required, initial startup chemicals etc, was provided. Neil's aftercare is also excellent. He checked in with us a short time after installation to ensure we were happy and he was quick to answer any questions we had too. I found Neil's prices to be the best in my area and the hot tub is fantastic.
