Love these doctors, always seem to be going out of their way especially during a stressful pandemic! Thank you to all the staff for always putting patient needs first! Very polite and willing to accommodate and make time just when you need them! Wish you all a very merry Christmas!

Difficult to get appointment. Obviously doctors vary in helpfulness but most recent one seems to completely lack empathy, asked questions that were totally out of place and completely lacked knowledge or chose not to use it. Google is a more helpful source of information than this useless practice in my experience.

Impossible to get appointment. You must phone between 8am and 10am only to get one yet it's impossible to get to speak to anyone at those time as the line keeps ringing as engaged and when you finally managed to speak to a receptionist at 10.03 you are being told there are no appointments left and to start again the next day as no appointments can be pre booked. In short, a nightmare to be seen by your GP if you are a professional who can't spend 2hours every day ringing every 5minutes.

this practice is been great for me as I had to register with them it was so quick as my old practice refused to see me they saw me and potentially saved my life

this is the worst experience,No Help and they told me to go a privet!!!!!!!
