5/ 5

First proper meal out in what felt like a very long time and wanted to try somewhere we had never been to before. This was very much an excellent choice. A lovely atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff and a really enjoyable setting for a meal. Food was fantastic with the biggest difficulty being what to choose across the range of starters, mains and desserts. Would have been happy with any of them. Would definitely recommend and plan a return visit. A very pleasant evening....

Excellent dining experience. Quiet and very accommodating. We were brought out multiple small servings of appetizers as the meal progressed to keep our appetites ready. The customer service was excellent! I appreciated the atmosphere of the restaurant and the lighting.

We messed up a reservation and this was 'second best' however if we go back to Edinburgh this would be first choice. The food, service and atmosphere was lovely and the staff were even nice enough to ask us if we wanted a coffee when we were last to leave. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.
