Fabulous relaxing stay as always. First time in the exec penthouse but I will forever be booking it going forward! Food was divine as always, excellent service, all spa facilities were open which was fantastic and wonderfully clean/spacious. As a masseuse myself, it's always wonderful to receive a massage from the ladies at Ribby, amazing deep tissue treatment. As always, I left relaxed and eager to book my next break!

Booked 2 nights last minute and had a lovely stay b&b. No spa access but could have booked while there, it looked fab. Room was great, comfy big 4 poster bed, large bathroom with shower and bath. Tea coffee etc available in room and replenished next day (including fresh milk). Beautiful setting for a relaxing break.

What a relaxing afternoon in the spa. Your needs were accommodated and were put at ease. It's a long time since I had a spa day, this was fabulous, love to do it more often. Everything spacious and not too crowded. The afternoon bead finished off with an afternoon. A Fabulous present for a 60th wedding anniversary. I would definitely recommend to others.

The spa hotel is lovely , I loved the aqua thermal experience. The rooms were lovely, and well stocked with toiletries and essentials. The breakfast was lovely, but I was expecting the evening meals to be more substantial for the prices they were charging. On the second night of stay I ordered a pernod with blackcurrant, I was only given blackcurrant juice, when I explained what the issue was the problem was sorted but no apology was offered from the staff member responsible. The service at breakfast was excellent, a lovely kind and friendly gentleman attended to our needs, I don't know his name unfortunately. This is how proper customer service should be. I would stay at Ribby Hall Again, but I would stay in a self catering lodge, still using the spa facilities, and various bars.

Stayed on a dinner and spa one night break. Hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The spa facilities are lovely. We had the taster menu and wine flight for dinner which was some of the best food we’ve ever eaten BUT some large groups dominated the spa, dining room and had a noisy party until the early hours. We have fed this back to the hotel as they need to keep couples and groups separated if both are to enjoy this place with their very different needs.
