Pure Spa & Beauty (St Annes) – Blackpool

When we arrived at at the hotel Jane the spa manager (I believe) was in reception. We checked in and when she overheard the booking name she said we were all booked in the spa for the following day and they they were excited for our visit. The room was stunning and spotless. Amy and Roxanne gave me and my friend a massage, facial and gel manicure. They were really kind, personable and professional. I was really surprised when Amy told me she quailed in May as her massage was one of the best I have ever had. Roxanne gave my friend lots of personal advice on skincare that she could achieve easily. Fantastic customer service, all of the staff made us feel like royalty. We will definitely be coming back soon.

I’m so sad beauty salons are included in the lockdown! My last massage and facial at this Spa with the therapist Jane was wonderful. I feel she has healing hands when it comes to the knots in my back! The atmosphere is welcoming and calm. I left feeling refreshed with clear glowing skin and rebook each time. Thank you Jane see you very soon I hope.

This spa is absolutely wonderful. I had a massage from Jane and she was so lovely, and made every aspect as wonderful and comforting as possible. I already can't wait to go back! Definitely recommend.
