We have just finished 2 days at the Spa as part of our honeymoon. We had a lovely time! Everywhere was really clean and tidy, robes and towels available and lots of water stations. It didn't feel over crowded, and staff were really helpful. Highly recommend!

This is my second time organising a spa day at South Lodge and it will be the last! Booking the day is its own challenge, you end up wishing your friends would have bought you a voucher elsewhere or saved their money. The communication is so poor, your treatment times can't even be confirmed the day before your day! And they book treatment over your lunch. The staff just can't be bothered and this ruins the experience. If you want a great spa day, this isn't the place. Try Alexander House instead!
