David and team were great, a truly bespoke shed that was brilliantly constructed and customised on site to absolute perfection. David was brilliant as designing the shed's that both myself and my wife are delighted with.

Good selection of errected sheds, guy in workshop was willing and able to talk 'sheds' after I had looked around. I got prices of a few sizes/ options. Well worth a visit and will take Son next time as needs a shed/workshop in garden!

An absolutely excellent experience in all respects. Dave and his team are true professionals and it was a pleasure dealing with them, from initial sizing and design discussions, through to deliver and installation. They are not the cheapest and nor are they the quickest (due to an always full order book) but their workmanship and quality is second to none, so the wait is certainly worthwhile. I recently moved into my new home and Dave and the team replaced an extremely old rotting shed already present in my garden with a perfect new one. Due to the current Covid circumstances all the communication and designing was done over the phone and by emails. Dave was extremely helpful using his expertise to answer my many questions. The shed was ready 2 days earlier than provisionally planned. Dave and the team arrived on time and quickly dismantled my old shed and lay the needed paving for the new shed to sit on. The new shed was erected so quickly and they had the entire job complete in a single morning. All members of the team followed social distancing guidelines even post 'freedom day'. I cannot recommend the Shed Factory enough and absolutely love my new shed! Thank you so much Dave and team!

Sadly, I spent over a month offering details, sketches and waiting patiently for a quote, but David didn't reply to one of my emails. I had to call him, and yes, with gradually fading patience, until finally being told that he wasn't interested in the job. Such a shame, we'd wanted to support a local independent company...A challenging context because of the growing demand for buildings and supplies, and such forth, but we've had a kitchen extension during the lockdown and dealt with very responsive and professional tradespeople throughout. The lack of responsiveness has really delayed our situation. Sorry David. I'm sure future clients won't be too put off by this review, but I feel my experience needed to be shared. Update: thanks for your response, but just so anybody reading this has a representation of the truth, after an initial exploration of different options, in our first conversation back In February, I then narrowed down what we required, sent this to you, waited for a reply, didn’t get one, called you, you asked for a sketch, So sent you detailed sketches. You didn’t reply to these for over a fortnight and once I called you, you then told me you weren’t interested in the job.
