Amazing very well maintained spacious rooms. Superb location right in the heart of Edinburgh, right next to Edinburgh Castle, just at the end of Princes Street. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Everything that a customer could ask for in a hotel! Amazing place. Breakfast for vegetarians is ok.

5/ 5

Brilliant staff at Rutland Hotel and apartments, from the moment I booked with you to leaving today the attention to detail has been first class. We were a group of 20 ladies and each and everyone said the accommodation was outstanding, modern, clean positioned well within the city and staff at hotel reception and Huxley were professional, polite and ready as well as happy to offer any help they could. Honestly we all can not thank all the staff enough, you helped offer my daughter a perfect weekend.

Great place to stay in Edinburgh, just at the end of Princess Street, so near to the shops, castle, and royal mile. The rooms are spacious, and have all you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is taken in the Huxley on the ground floor, with a nice choice of food. All in all very very good.

Great weekend stay with my partner in Edinburgh at the Rutland. Spent a while deciding which hotel to stay at but booked here mainly due to the hugely positive experience I had dealing with Marketa. Lovely lady with a really upbeat attitude and more than happy to help improve our booking. Room was immaculate and location was ideal to explore Edinburgh and get the most out of our stay. We actually booked an extra night on impulse because of how impressed we were. Thank you again, Marketa!

5/ 5

We were unfortunately met with some complications when we arrived at the hotel as our day 2 PCR tests had been received and then subsequently sent from this hotel to another in the UK (for a motive we still are unbale to discern). The hotel did their best to track them down and was able to get them shipped back to us. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with any of our requests. They also decided to upgrade us to a much nicer room to assuage our issues with the Day 2 PCR tests which definitely helped! The hotel staff was phenomenal and I would return next time I am in Edinburgh.
