Royal Palace. This is a Royal Palace inside the Edinburgh Castle. The Royal Palace comprises the former royal apartments, which were the residence of the later Stewart monarchs. In this place, you can see the vaulted Crown Room, the place for the crown, the scepter and the sword of state. The Stone of Scone, upon which the monarchs of Scotland were traditionally crowned, has been kept in the Crown Room since its return to Scotland in 1996. You can find a room with a lot of weapons and other amazing decorations. It's nice to visit this place especially if you like the story about the Kingdom in the medieval era.

The interior is nice to look at and is well kept. Mostly plaques describing history, statues, and paintings/pictures. A quick look around is plenty enough to take in everything this has to offer.
