Can't even get appointments I don't know why they are open

The most rubbish surgery... they never have any emergency appointments even if you are dying that’s not their problem! The receptionists are rude and ruthless! Will be changing to a better surgery!

Issues shrugged off all the time, not very helpful doctors can’t wait to get you out the door. Changed GP.

I've used the walk in service here, i was asked for my personal details and explaining what is wrong at the recption so the other patience can hear why ive come in. Which has not happened before. I much prefer to explain to the doctor what was wrong rather than receptionist.

Patient for about two years now. The doctor is really good, but he way over diagnosis’s patients. Every time I go in I am referred for something else. It’s insane. I have been on some meds for years and I have to go in every four months for reviews. Not happy.

To be frank, this the worst GP in England I’ve ever seen. I have a severe nose bleeding, I’m calling from early morning that the line is busy all the time. However, I walked through there to get an appointment and visit a doctor.secretary told me that the doctor will call you at lunch time meanwhile you haven’t bleeding. I told her the bleeding in my nose starts bleeding but then it starts again. In response, she tells me take your nose if it bleeds. From morning till now I have more than 11 times nose bleeding. Now it’s 3:10 pm I haven’t got any contact from doctor. In near future I’m definitely gonna change my GP.

Absolutely appalling practice that is steadily getting worse. On two occasions now in the past few weeks, my prescriptions have not been actioned correctly. I was forced to visit a walk in centre to get an urgent prescription authorised as a GP at this surgery had neglected to authorise it. Ridiculously bad and getting worse.

No waiting time limit i have been waiting for 45 minutes when i asked why i have been told to keem waiting which is unacceptable.

The reception are nice but they male doctor i saw was extremely rude, refused to listen, refused to help and then shoved his fingers into the sides of my neck resulting in loads of pain and then attempted to kick me out of the surgery for asking him why, I reported him to staff and it was been dismissed. Im in great pain and discomfort, I was referred by hospital for help of a gp instead I was subjected to ridicule, no help, made to feel guilty of asking for help, told I was lying and then refused much needed antibiotics. I am disgusted with the service and recommend NOONE GOING HERE. I will be pursuing it further

Never met someone so disrespectful as the receptionists in this practice. The attitude is just over 9000. I mean you just answering phone calls you not doctors, step down from the clouds... P. S. We will throw popo at you if you don't change
