Reception & Nursing staff here have always been fantastic, the practice manager has been really responsive with a complaint and supporting through that. I would add that the GPs I've worked with aren't really the cause of the complaint, the guidance they have from NHS England (or a lack thereof) is. Dr Toorish in particular has been excellent to work with and more than willing to logically work through the challenges I have with complex requirements and try to find a way forward, I might not always agree with the decision but the "working" relationship we have is excellent. One of the only GP's I've worked with that will take the time to have a productive conversation rather than a "this is my decision end of" I highly recommend this practice, personally I feel its the best in Leeds.
