I registered when I first moved in to the Rodley area and had quite a bad experience with the recept

I registered when I first moved in to the Rodley area and had quite a bad experience with the receptionist, who was really rude to me whilst filling out my forms. Called for an appointment after one of my teeth broke, only to be told very coldly by the same receptionist that I was no longer registered there, due to not going once a year and now they weren't taking anymore patients. Charming! Now in severe pain with my broken tooth sticking into my tongue and my mouth full of blood and no dentist. The receptionist may as well have laughed at me about it down the phone, awful place.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER answers the phone but yet there is a receptionist...so you have to leave a mess

NEVER EVER EVER EVER answers the phone but yet there is a receptionist...so you have to leave a message and await a call back. That said the actual dental service is good if you can ever actually get through to make an appointment
