Reasonably good service. Friendly and efficient Reception staff. Not excessive wait, unless you need to see Doctor at the short notice. Surgery allways packed, hence the Doctor patient time is often limited.

If you are looking for a surgery that provides continuity and adaptability then Pinn Medical Centre is not for you. I have been with PMC for over 15 years and have been using them occasionally as and when needed and last few years have been nothing short of lack of patient care. If I try and make an appointment then I am routinely only provided appointment in two weeks time - and that has been difficult to get as well. Walk in on the day is 1.5 hours wait. If I have a real emergency, I would rather go to hospital as they have the same waiting time. Doctors standard appointment response is the same as all other surgeries I imagine although the doctors are under pressure to see you quickly. Now the family have got to a stage where we avoid them where possible.

I needed to see a GP urgently on a sunday and I came here. The wait was not too long, the GP was very competent and there is a pharmacy attached to the centre also open on Sunday. My alternative was to go to A&E, so I am very grateful for the Pinn Centre.

This is probably the worst doctors you could imagine. 1 star is generous. I’ve been registered here since it has opened and rarely have a need to go however when I do it’s near impossible to get an appointment. The doctors themselves are very good but it’s seeing them where the problem lies. The only advice ever provided by reception is “call back 8:15” with a serious amount of attitude. They appear very defensive and tend to mention “it’s not pleasant having to answer the phones”. I do not understand the point of a doctors surgery that doesn’t allow patients to book appointments. They state they are fully booked for 2 weeks and cannot book anything past that. I would feel bad for the receptionists having to constantly turn patients away if it wasn’t for their rude and aggressive manor. I cannot emphasise enough... if there is another surgery near to you then join them instead and avoid this like the plague (not that you could see a doctor here even if you did manage to catch that!)

Pretty shocked to be honest. You now cannot ring to get an appointment for "any" time in the future (apart from a small window on Monday morning but the line is permanently engaged). When that window closes the phone line gives you a choice of 111 or 999 or to use the automated booking service (which then tells you it is not in operation). When you actually go in physically to book you are told there are no appointments available AT ANY POINT IN THE FUTURE. So it is pretty much impossible to see a doctor unless you are happy to go in ad hoc and wait between 2.5-4hrs for the walk in (which is what the signs on reception said on Saturday until they changed to "Fully booked all day"). All I wanted as a referral to my PMI provider. It is complete chaos.

I have been with this medical centre for 16 yrs and never had a problem staff and doctors have been polite and helpful. I use the web site for most things but after listening to the way some people talk to the receptions I can understand them getting offish with people especially when they don't get what they want treat them how you want to be treated.

Friendly, professional and very efficient local Doctor's Surgery / Health Centre. Arrived 10 mins before they opened as I needed an appointment for a checkup and tetanus injection after being bitten by a dog over the weekend. Was seen by a nurse within an hour, and was even offered the seasonal flu vaccination whilst I was there.

The staff are friendly but the irony of having signposts all about keeping 2m apart then using the entry ramp as a waiting zone forcing groups to pass people at sometimes less than 1m is fairly absurd. Also hoping that people have sufficient eyesight to see the call in screens from the ramp seems unfair. I'm glad I brought my glasses or I'd not be able to. It's also interesting that sometimes the screens only display the call on one, not the other, meaning you need visibility of both screens. The message is only shown briefly as well, making it easy to miss.

Due to my doctor's cutting back on medication, my asthma has gotten quite severe in recent weeks, I had a bad asthma attack a few weeks ago and went to a and e With it and to my surprise was turned away!!!! After collapsing on a job I took myself to this place.it honestly was one of the best places I've ever dealt with. I walked in and told them what was happening and was a scene with a nebuliser within 5 minutes! The staff were extremely friendly and professional And made sure I was 100% fine before I left. Thank you for your service
