Would give it 0 stars but wont be able to post my review. Absolute joke of a service. Regardless of what the issue is they will tell you to ring for a routine appointment next Monday after 2 pm. Once you try to ring them on Monday after 2 pm - nobody answers the phone. Last time I rang I got to 189 calls and no answer. Went to the actual surgery and was still ringing them whilst in the queue and guess what? Not a single phone was actually ringing! I think you would actually have to be close to dying to be able to get appointment.. Also receptionists are rude and never let you speak when you manage to get through. Sometimes I wish I could choose what my taxes are being spend on. If i could maybe the surgeries like this one would not exist...

Shockingly poor trying to make an appointment at this place and when you do get through nobody is ever interested! Called today after trying for days now they have changed there booking policy and can’t get in until 3-4weeks but can’t book anything yet! Happy to have the money for having me on there system but never want to see you! I will be moving from this nightmare of a place and taking all the family with me! Maybe that will ease the load for you? Utter useless

Fantastic surgery, all the staff are so kind and understanding. I feel that my opinion and instinct is taken seriously in both my own and my toddlers care. Yes, you may have to wait in a queue on the phone at times, you may not be able to get an appointment with a particular doctor immediately, but that just is not the world we live in any more. The team at The Pines offer a fantastic service despite the pressures all surgeries are under

Lucky they even got 1 star. My little boy is very unwell with a suspected chest infection. Conjunctivitis and had blood come from his nose. The surgery said they would call back. My partner hadto then call back 3 hrs later. They put it down to short staff. I'm sorry but u don't ignore a small child. Surely priority. This isn't the 1st time the staff at that place have been useless. They have messed up my partners prescriptions. Forgot to call her back with info they promised to pass on. Prescribed her the wrong medication. Security forgot to make notes of a phone call My partner made. I could go on. That lot belong in a circus. A danger to the public also

I have been a patient for 4 weeks. Cannot access online services after multiple forms being filled out and I've missed medications as they won't be dispensed to me. Needed some advice today and was able to get a telephone call back...I rang at 09.30 and was assured due to what I needed help for I was to be called back within an hour. Its now 17.15 and over 340 attempts to call the surgery. No updates nothing. Cannot get through. Absolute disgrace.
