Mostly frendly staff baring a few doctors. Had a problem with my ears for years, took 2 weeks to make an appointment only to find the machine in need was broken upon arrival. Now i have to wait to be re-refered to a different surgery (god knows how long that will be), and to continuously use drops in my ear what cause immense pain. I only give 3 stars for the accute number of nice doctors/nurses.

I am sad I am giving a star to them as they don't deserve for a star, What a rude and unhelpful staff, most of the time GP is closed for training but they never get trained for handling patients, my daughter was sick and I called them explained everything I begged for doctor to see her I received a message from a doctor but then the doctor disappeared never come back to us with anything, then later on I called to the Emergency they came as she become critical fainted and was admitted to the hospital. This kind of service we are getting from this surgery it would be better to go directly to the hospital. Such a time waster.

I joined this surgery a year ago and I cannot fault it. You can always get through when you call them. The staff are very polite and friendly. They are also connected to a site called Livi which lets you have a FaceTime consultation, I’ve used livi on a number of occasions and they have prescribed medication and had a prescription sent to local pharmacy. Even through this pandemic they have been very busy as I said previously I have always got through to them on the phone. Well done to all at Greenview Surgery.
