The Parks Dental Practice bath

Reception staff unprofessional and unhelpful. I understand the practice has rules around appointments and how emergency appointments can be booked however, I received inconsistent information from the 3 calls I made to them this week. I called 5 other dental practices after who were so much more professional and helpful and was able to find one who could help me with an emergency appointment today. I won't be returning to this dental practice as I feel the receptionists lack the necessary training to deal with the urgency of emergency appointment. However, this is no reflection on the Dentists themselves. I hope you have a better experience than me.

Absolutely terrible I had cosmetic fillings done at the practice all of which was done by Mr Sandeep and they have all be done wrong not filled correctly and now are going to cost me more money to put right avoid this dentist he has no ideal what he is doing keep your money take it elsewhere!!!!

It's all about the money, not the patients care - typical BUPA. Example - hygienist cost pre BUPA = £36, post take over = £66

Had two appointments booked to get a crown fitted with a total cost of £550. My temp came off with in a day and I had to wait two days for it to be put back on. I paid an ammount on the first visit and on the final visit which didn't come to £550. When I worked it out and told them it was over £20 too much they told me it was correct. When I said it wasn't as it was £550 they then told me it was for PPE. I wasn't told about this charge or given any notice. That's a steep charge. Both my appointments were 10 mins late and felt rushed. I can never get through on the phone which is frustrating. I left a voice mail to ask them to book me in so I can have the crown filed as it's not sitting right still and I still havnt been called back. They have cancelled a regular check up today also.

I’ve always found reception a little frosty and they kind of forget who the client is. Go in for hygienist, appointment 10min late (which is reasonable for a dentist). I had a 40 min appointment, the shortest they do and I was in the building for a total of 20mins where it felt rushed. They charged £69 for a 40 min session. Either need to allow shorter sessions or spend more time on clean. Hygienist was knowledgeable to be fair.
