I'm surprised to see negative reviews of this practice. I've been coming here for around twenty years and have had excellent service. I see Mr Robson and he's great. The support staff, nurses etc are also really good. Highly recommend.

Queens Square Dental is a great practice. Dr Sitkiewicz has been my dentist for years and I highly recommend him and his team! I’ve had many dental procedures at this practice and each one has been carried out with care and without fault.

Paid for nothing, needed braces so went there for a paid consultation and x-rays were taken. Never got any treatment plan nor the x-rays despite me asking for both several times. Despite having paid to receive nothing in return, they kept sending me reminders to go for "routine dental examinations" I had to insist many times and even threat them with legal action to at least stop getting the unwanted reminders. This is a long overdue review but I hope they appreciate I still remember their services and found the time to write

Dentists and nurses are great. Liz the receptionist is dreadful. Wilfully rude, everything seems to be too much effort. Never seen anyone less suited to a customer facing role with less customer service shown. 2 visits a year for almost a decade and she's been rude to everyone each time or at most barely civil.

Really unhelpful staff. Dentistry might be fine but following a brief interaction with the people who work here and them being dishonest for no reason it tells me to steer well clear! Maybe they were having a bad day but maybe you'll show up for them to work on you when they're having another bad day.
