I had a sports massage with Russell and can honestly say he really knows his stuff. Not only did he give an extremely good sports massage and addressed the niggles I'd been experiencing with my lower back he also displayed a high degree of knowledge, passion and experience and talked me through each treatment he was performing, what it entailed and why he was doing it. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks Russell!

I have been struggling with tension headaches and severe neck and shoulder pain. Russel was incredible and very professional. He put me at ease and the massage gave me instant relief. I was even more impressed by the fact that he took the time to give me tips and techniques to prevent the buildup of tension and pain. This was my fourth visit to OMC. I am a huge fan now; Russel and Cristina are worth every penny.

Had a 30 min massage on Friday, the lady was very nice, took her time with me and I left feeling great. I would definitely go back :)

I was having a terrible shoulder and back pain and managed to get a last minute appointment and I must say I am so glad. I got a one hour signature massage by Russell and he managed to fix my back and got rid of my muscle pains that my Osteopaths couldn’t fix in the last two years. He is absolutely brilliant and I most definitely recommend him. I have tried quite a few massage places and Osteopaths in Oxford, but never have felt so much better in one session. This is the place to go if you really want to get any body pains fixed.
