I left feeling reenergised, refreshed and de-stressed.

Entering the reception area which is clean, bright and recieving a warm welcome. Observing high levels of hygiene and hand sanitising products and foot coverings were provided. This was my second OMC booking with Russell Saunders. I was asked a few questions to ascertain relevant details to forward plan the session. I arrived with sustained repetative strain and tightening in two areas. I am in ore of Russell’s prodigious prowess. Russell rigorously focussed on loosening up the tight muscle fibers and relieved the tensions being caused. Perfectly assessing and applying various hands-on pressure techniques ensuring muscles were not challenged too much therein, enabling a very relaxing massage. Throughout tension areas were diligently unearthed and repaired, always reassuringly giving an explanation of discovery and treatment method to be administered. I was impressed with Russell’s overall mastery in massage after my first booking, but Russell superceded my first massage experience with him. I left feeling re-energised, refreshed and de-stressed. Once again, Thank you!!

Fantastic place. Had a two hour sports massage with number of chiropractic adjustments done by Russell. Many of my problem areas were picked up on without me even mentioning them. A very relaxing and very helpful, practical session. Also, there was no pressure to return unlike other chiropractors who always try the hard sell, saying they'll need to see you again in a week's time.

Cristina is Amazing.. I had 2 sessions of facial with neck and shoulder massage and 1 session of Swedish Massage in a span of 1 month. She's very professional and gentle at the same time. Back pains and achy bits are all better, can't wait to book another session soon. The place is very clean and on a 1:1 ratio, no waiting area so it's no contact with other people. I highly recommend this place. I had been experiencing pain in my back, neck and shoulders but after a deep tissue massage with Russell, it was gone. Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Definitely worth every penny.

Such a wonderful experience. I have had shoulder pain since returning to work and Russell was amazing. Very professional and a real calming presence. My pain is so much better and the whole experience was a pleasure. Would definitely recommend lots of weekend appointments available, with parking.

Cristina is a miracle worker! I pulled a muscle in my shoulder which is why I booked in, and I’m so happy I did. She worked on my muscles to provide a relaxing massage that left me feeling so much better. She is so completely professional and kind. She talked to me about the benefits of regular massages in a way that was totally genuine — not the hard sell! I can’t wait to go back!
