I filed a complaint due to my tutor NOT returning my assignments on time and poor lack of communication and level of service for them to reply to me over 2 months later to tell me they don't accept my complaint and the level of service I received they think was fine and it's ok for tutors to miss return deadlines. Absolute joke of an organisation. Save ya money and do an NVQ.
