Excellent massage..been 4 times now and always professional and polite. Feel great afterwards. Look forward to my next visit..

My first visit. Will definitely book again. Skilled masseuse, took care to ensure the right pressure, and to address problem areas. Heated table a nice touch, ensuring I was comfortably warm. Came away invigorated and much more in balance.

I have visited The One over 250 times since it opened, have never been disappointed, and have found all of the staff to be welcoming, friendly and efficient. I have rarely had to wait at all, have never been short- changed, and each room has its own Thai ambience, with attractive decor and relaxing music. .A well managed business.

They don't receive signiture. After they swiped my card, they told me they don't receive signiture. And then I decided to go to the nearby cash machine to take some cash, but I found that I have already transferred money to them, which is 40 pounds. But they denied it, said I didn't sign, so they didn't receive, but my bank app shows they have already received. Then I called my bank, the bank stuff also said they have already received my money and asked me to go back to show them the record. But after I went back, the casher has already left. It was just around 6 pm and google map shows they will close around 8pm! And they promised me to wait for my back!!! Then I showed another lady there my transferring record, and she asked me to come back another day with my bank statement! By the way, before I entered their store initially, I called them to open the gate downstairs for me. But they rejected! It's my first time to see a store rejecting its customer! They just asked me if I know Thai massage, just feeling like they are my teachers asking me questions in the class!! I said please let me in first, it's cold outside, but they just refused to do that! It was just so funny of them.

Reluctantly posting a 1* review. Having used this shop on a regular basis for the last 6 years this is the first time I've had such a bad experience following and during a massage. Book in for a 90 minute massage which cam to an end after 80 minutes, too much oil applied so the masseuse was unable to control the amount of pressure being used and resorted in applying a firm pressure even though I'd requested a light to medium pressure. I've been left with bad bruising from the base of my neck to my sacral joint at the base of my back, so much so my skin is sore to touch. This has never happened before in the 6 years of using this shop. All I can surmise is that since the shop shut for "renovations" and moved to the Saim Thai massage some 5 doors down that the business changed hands as I did not see any of the regular girls there at all. Also when booking my appointment I was told that it was cash only which I've never had a problem using my card previously. Safe to say I will not be using the shop again.

A weekly massage holiday treat. Lovely helpful staff. Great deep massage and value for money. 10 minute walk from city center well worth it.

Appears like a standard massage parlour on the outside. I have been here four times, the first three times were ok, but on the fourth time towards the end of my deep muscle massage she brushed past certain areas then propositioned "additional" off menu services (a HE massage) for cash only.

Rude service, poor massage with too much oil. She kept walking in and out for long periods I feel like I've paid for nothing. This is a "parlour" not a "pure" massage business.

The best massage place in Manchester. Amazing service everytime.
