Quite possibly the nicest harvester I've come across. The food was really well cooked and manager was so friendly and welcoming, always asking if I needed anything and explaining where I could find anything I might need. I come across two other female staff members who was also really polite and helpful.

Lovely family feel, great service and delicious food. As a family of vegetarians, it's great to have a variety of choices that are appealing and filling. The unlimited salad is always a winner too, isn't it?

I have got to say, I was very impressed with the service and quality of food. The only downside is the bar/waiting area needs updating as parts of the building was leaking towards the rear toilet area. But this didn't ruin my families overall experience.

Just had the most lovely lunch here. It was delicious...... beautifully cooked and presented. The staff were absolutely brilliant ☺️. Professional, polite, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. There was a diverse clientele and the staff have their utmost to all. I had the Brisket and my husband the pork.......we will have to go back so we can have what each other had!!!!! Brilliant. Well done all 😁

Took a large group of 40+ for dinner tonight at the Old Castle Salisbury and had to be in and out in an hour, Jeana (manager) and the front of house staff quickly and efficiently delivered a three course meal to all of my customers in a friendly and professional manner. The kitchen staff kept up with the rapid pace and produced great meals to a high standard. I cannot say enough good things about the high levels of service and friendly interaction by all concerned. Meals of the same quality and with high levels of service had been provided on the two previous nights however not under the same time constraints. Many thanks to Jeana and all concerned. Highly recommend

My wife and I called in for a coffee and to get out of the pouring rain. The venue is obviously busy and popular with diners and drinkers. Even late afternoon, we struggled to find a table. So it probably pays to arrive earlier if you want a meal. Convenient location for Salisbury centre or for refreshment after a canal walk.

My son 8yrs old and I came in for an early dinner before the Cinema. Chelsea was extremely attentive and was able to make recommendations about all drinks including wine as well as the festive menu. We were both happily content as we rolled out the door. Thanks Chelsea, we’ll be back and sure to recommend to our friends. Xx
