Kate has been helping me for 10 years +. As one of her oldest client, I need all the help I can get! Kate keeps me supple with my weekly sessions and I only retain a reasonable level of flexibility because of Kate and her gyrotonics Thank you.Sam H

5/ 5

I attend Fin's online Funky Spine Mobilisation class, which also complements the work I do with Kate. I love waking up on a Saturday morning to Fin's class. From the lovely welcome as soon as I come on, to the knowledgable guidance and delivery of the combinations, I really enjoy this class and I enjoy Fin's sense of humour. He certainly brightens up my morning as well as lengthening my spine! Fin clearly puts a lot of thought and effort into his classes. He checks in with Kate to find out how things are going for me (and with others too), so he can include movements which benefit all of us who are taking his class. I really appreciate this attention to detail, and the inclusive, caring, and supportive nature of both Fin and Kate. Thank you for the great classes and for the amazing difference that I feel in my back. It's been a revelation for me, and I've gained so many health and flexibility benefits from it.

I started to attend the movement studio in October When I went initially I was in quite a bit of pain 7 out of 10 as I have spinal stenosis and a disc buldge and I had been advised to have a spinal fusion. I decided to try alternative methods and a friend recommended Finlay at the movement studio. I have completed a 10 week course over that time my pain has reduced to 2out of 10 I feel that I can move so much better with out much pain I can now walk freely up and down stairs again without holding onto the bannister and I can lie on my back and stretch which was very painful before. I know my condition will not disappear however working with Finlay has given me hope that I can manage this condition and still have the active quality of life that I desire. I would recommend Finlay on every level and cannot thank him enough for how much he has helped me
