It's been 3 weeks since I've started, I've trained in kickboxing, thai and Mixed martial arts gym's.

It's been 3 weeks since I've started, I've trained in kickboxing, thai and Mixed martial arts gym's. This is by far my favourite in central Scotland. Great atmosphere, no ego's just feel good training. Highly recommend trying it for a class. 🙏

Excellent boxing gym. Very welcoming and open to people of all levels from beginners through to professionals. Around 50 bags, speed bags, double end bags, 2 boxing rings and much more. Separate male and female changing with shower facilities. Highly recommend!!
