I bought a dining room suite from this company. Within a year the wood on table began to rise. I contacted customer services and was informed that the purchase was a week out with the year guarantee and therefore I would have to pay for someone to have a look...they were not interested..terrible customer service

Disgusted with this company,paid £795.00 for 2 sofas in less than a week faults were noticed and reported.I dont want a repair or replacement,a refund was refused...In order to resolve the issue I asked if I could pick furniture to the value of the sofas.....this too was refused.....
