I bought a carpet from this company and staff could not have been more helpful and friendly - unbelievable prices - including great underlay at low cost for the carpets. I also recommended Spruce Carpets to my neighbour - who is also very pleased with the service. Very near to the Ibrox subway station - which meant for me that the shop was easy to get too.

I got a nice carpet from Spruce but it was very badly laid; there are bumps and ripples all over it.

I got a nice carpet from Spruce but it was very badly laid; there are bumps and ripples all over it. I don't think the fitters made the effort to stretch it properly. They were young guys, rushing and hasty; the sort that can't stand to talk to customers. I still have heavy boxes on it now (weeks later) but it's a bit like whack-a-mole. No threshold bar provided either, which i thought was odd, but then the poor lay could explain that!
