We went for an afternoon tea. Everything was magic and perfect. Luxury, elegant and at the same time cosy atmosphere. All coupled with excellent food and service. The girl who took care of us, Marta, made everything wonderful. She has been wonderful!

What a fabulous place!!! Right from arriving at the front door, chatting to the lovely doormen, the warm welcome, the elaborate hall and the gorgeous dining room. Staff were perfect, there when you needed them without bothering us. Delicious food and tea. Everything was wonderful. We will visit again without a doubt. Thank you for a special day for my daughters baby shower. Carina and family x

Tragic service and quality. Shocking waste of time, effort and money. Poor staff in the withdrawing room not knowing the basics of service. Pompous, pretentious and frankly rude. Atmosphere mortuary like. I’ve been coming here for years on a regular basis and saddened with the lack of staff, quality of staff. I appreciate this is due to the pandemic and general lack of staff but basic civility was just not there. The waiters where consistently rude, getting the order messed up, serving cold food, having to ask for plates and cutlery twice and then hovering around me until I paid the bill. Better service and food quality at MacDonalds ! The 1 or 2 waiters on duty need to learn basic manners.

A lovely scenic hotel. Great for lunch and dinner functions with a great bar/Lounge for evening drinks or tea. Fine dining. No booking was done in advance- but I would recommend it entirely. Very lovely staff. Entirely new bar staff- with new bar drinks menu. Beautiful - quiet- intimate spot.
