I cannot recommend The Lanes enough. I had never really looked after my skin, as a guy you just wash with soap and go... But since I’ve had Esther doing my facials, my skin is amazing and everyone comments on how good my skin is! Esther is amazing, not only is she friendly, approachable and easy to chat with, her approach to make everyone of her clients feel at ease and at home is phenomenal, she is so professional and so knowledgeable in her field! I have had Microdermabrasion, Hollywood Facial, LED treatment and Oxygen Facial, I will not go anywhere else! The girls are all lovely and so friendly! Would highly recommend to everyone I know and beyond!

I had my first experience at the lanes health and beauty yesterday and was more than satisfied, I had a back neck and shoulder massage with the manager, (sorry I have forgotten her name) it was one of the best massages I have had and I have had alot, I then went on to have a lvl treatment with Donna and I am so pleased with them i cant wait to do my eyes with my new lashes, I then had a wax treatment also with Donna and it was the least painful experience everrrr she really is great I would totally recommend.

Terrible customer service and dated booking policy. I was visiting Brighton from London for a wedding this weekend, and managed to book a last minute appointment over the phone yesterday for lash extensions at The Lanes Health and Beauty. The receptionist said that she would do a follow-up call to take the booking or it would be cancelled. I had a missed call from the salon yesterday, and was at work today so could not follow up in time. I call them just before by appointment to find they had cancelled it and it's their policy to cancel bookings not paid for by 6pm. Why was the booking not taken over the phone at the time of booking? Awful policy, waste of time and petrol, and now I am unprepared for my occasion tomorrow. What a backward policy of confirming customer bookings! I look forward to my appointment with my proper salon in London and will not be back. To note: I made my appointment over the phone at 17:17 yesterday. Which means they left barely 24 hours before cancelling. If the salon just wanted the money that badly up front then they should charge at the time of booking.

I normally come for LVL lash treatment with Donna. I have been twice already, and going for the third treatment tomorrow. Donna is great, does a fantastic job of curling and colouring lashes. They look natural, but the treatment lasts for a long time and is something I can not live without anymore. She is also very gentle and detailed in how she does it which makes it more pleasant. I am now trying different treatments at The Lanes Health and Beauty because overall I really love the treatment and kind stuff every time I go there.

I got the LVL treatment, and was so happy with them. Storm did an amazing job! They’ve lasted so long, I would definitely recommend.

Had microdermabrasion here, and I can honestly say that I saw instant results, the team are so welcoming and professional, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and intend to have other treatments there. Would 100% recommend.

I generally don’t leave reviews but my son and husband bidded on a gift this salon had donated for Melior and Amplified charity night at the Grand in aid of ‘mind’ so this salon supports mental health. I used the gift voucher today for a full body massage. Everyone was lovely and friendly and the massage was pure heaven on earth. If you are looking for a Christmas gift look no further than LHB for some pampering. I will be going back for another treatment soon.x

I was recommended the Laines Health and Beauty by a friend and they didn’t disappoint! The facial I had was really relaxing and all of the staff were really friendly. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
