I attended DNK on Saturday for a keratin treatment. My treatment was carried out by an Eastern European lady whose name I didn't catch, she was extremely professional, chatty, positive, kind, and gentle with my hair. The staff was very attentive, offering me hot drinks often. The only downfall was I felt the staff were quite pushy with selling products, I hadn't taken a seat before I was being sold various shampoos and conditioners.

Have been going here for years, Lovely friendly but professional local salon, never feel rushed like you often do with the chains and always come out with exactly what I asked for. Hayley is an absolute star. I’m a health care worker and was a little apprehensive going back after Covid re-opening but was set up superbly. I felt very safe and all precautions were taken but was still as enjoyable as ever. 10/10
