The Houston Wagga – Wagga Wagga

We had a beautiful stay at The Houston in Wagga, amazing mother/daughter duo who were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. The accommodation is beautiful and warm, highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much for letting us do our washing also on a rainy day.

Stayed here for 2 days/nights. The place is historic and the rooms were lovely with great art deco tiles and high ceilings. The bed was just so comfortable I sank right into it and didn't want to ever get out!! They provide a simple in-room breakfast of eggs, cereal/muesli, tea coffee etc. The reception manager was really friendly and helpful.

The Houston is a fantastic little gem and the perfect overnight stay between Sydney and Melbourne. Attention to detail and beautiful decorated, we loved the extra comfy bed, the continental breakfast, T2, and the friendly staff. The best part is that it’s pet friendly and beautifully renovated. We’ll be back again.

The term “dog friendly hotel” tends to imply somewhere that your dog will enjoy more than you do. Not so with the Houston, which is a charming, well designed and comfortable hotel, backed up by excellent customer service. I’d stay again, even without my dog.

Beautiful rooms, great price and very accommodating. The service was excellent and very easy to contact staff if there were any issues. The ammenities and accessories were great.
