The Frangipani Day Spa – Sunshine Coast

Using a gift voucher I enjoyed the Camellia massage/facial. It was a great treat! The facial was delightful and the massage vigorous, in a good way! Great communication with appointment confirmation and location. The studio is private with no phone interruptions making the experience comfortable. Thank you for a pleasant pamper session!

Myself and two friends got a hot stone massage and the radiance facial on the weekend. It was absolutely divine and the ocean view from the lounge was incredible. Jenny is lovely to talk to and knows her stuff about skin and muscles! Would definitely go again! Thanks Jenny for making my friend's birthday one to remember :)

My son got me a hot rock massage and body scrub for my birthday I had spoken to Jenny the day before and she had given me directions but as I’m new to the coast I used google maps which took me a different way I was a few minutes late and called her so she gave me directions the a frame and the front of her house that she told me to look for was in between a tow truck and a car not very bisable I apologise for being late and she had said I told you not to use the maps ( which she didn’t ) she asked me which way I would be coming . She then proceeded to tell me that we would have to cut the treatment short as she had another appointment so I started getting ready for the treatment she had left the room I got onto massage bed the wrong way and realised and turned around when I told her this she said to me well you should have listened so I’m already wanting to get dressed and go home after being chastised twice for the treatment started. We started off with the hot rocks which was fine but I found that she was that hard that it was hurting in places not very relaxing at all and when it came to the body scrub she was rubbing it on that hard it was burning. My son would have paid a lot of money to her for this service and I found her to be very rude and it certainly didn’t feel like a treat i felt like I was infringing on her time and that’s he just wanted me out of there I certainly won’t be going back. I’m sorry to say. Over the years I’ve had lots of massages and I have never been treated like that most therapists are kind and caring. I didn’t get that from Jenny at all

I had a spa pedicure and facial with Jenny while taking a short break in Mooloolaba. Jenny was on time and very welcoming. My poor feet were in need of attention but I have to say the facial was AMAZING!! Thank you, I'll be seeing you when I'm next in Mooloolaba.

My voucher was voided due to my late cancellation that occurred due to my acute illness (which does give you an invitation when it comes or the time of arrival:)) ). The business owner was “kind enough” to offer me a facial but voided my $150 voucher with very unpleasant tone that made me feel like I am not welcome. Unfortunately, when I came for my “charity” appointment, Jenny continued with her unpleasant, unwelcoming attitude and was upset over my 5 minute late arrival (reminded me that I came late and she has a costumer right after) and then she was upset because I knocked on the door next door. Make it clear now - she is not a customer oriented. Such a disappointment! Please think twice about booking a spa appointment with Jenny! Very unprofessional and rude. She can enjoy my $150 voucher that I received for my birthday. I recommend Waterfall Spa - just 3 minutes away . They are professional. You will have only positive experience and great services with a snack. No need to get upset - get relaxing day by avoiding this place.
