I went in for the Greenhaus Ultimate Renewal Package. Terry explained the treatment perfectly. I felt at ease as soon as I walked into the beautifully designed reception area. Started with a back scrub, full body massage, facial (my first ever and adored it) and finished with an ayurvedic head massage. I loved all of the oils & aromatherapy products used. Thank you Terry, I'll definitely be back!

My sister and I came here recently for the luxury cocoon ritual experience and were not disappointed! The ladies were lovely and looked after us from start to end. We appreciated the small luxe touches including aromatherapy to ease us into it, the botanical mist and singing bowl towards the end, followed by relaxing refreshments at the end. We felt rejuvenated, body feels smooth and hydrated. We highly recommend and will be back soon! 😍

I visited Greenhaus for the first time this week and had booked in for a session using the Infrared Sauna, followed by the Luxury Cocoon Body Contour Ritual. Tarli was absolutely beautiful and made it the most incredible experience from beginning through to end! She explained the step-by-step process and health benefits of both the Infrared and Ritual, and created such a comfortable environment with using calming music, lighting and refreshments to finish. It was no surprise to learn that the gorgeous interiors and store design were products of her creation as well, because the aesthetic of the store exudes the same sincerity and peacefulness as the experience itself did. I’m already so excited to pay Greenhaus another visit in the future! 🤍✨🌱🌸

The staff had a client in the room next to me talking VERY loudly. Please let me make myself clear, it was to the point that i asked to stop my massage and go to the front to speak with the manager - it was THAT bad. This business took over $300 from me and i walked IN calm and walked out sad. How can that happen you ask? I had to listen to a woman waffle on loudly about 4 metres from me while trying to have a massage, facial and sound healing. At one point im covered in oil in a robe, messy hair, standing at the front reception with big windows facing beaufort street telling 3 staff what a joke it is. All the staff did was apologies. The owner called me later to apologies too. It unfortunately means nothing to me, as my experience was ruined- all i wanted was a peaceful massage and facial. The thing is...i didnt relax at all, it felt like i was sitting next to somone in a board meeting advising a team and go over staff skills (what i listened to was hilarious when i think about it). Im sad as im a mum who planned my week for a couple of hours to get some 'me time' for a birthday gift, i was finally baby-free. And then i have a woman almost sounding like a rugby coach next to me that im forced to listen to. i cant tell you how annoyed i was about this. All i got was about $20-30 off as i left and my poor beauty lady kept apologising. I want this to be clear...i dont write reviews, or complain, usually i just move on. But this was actaully sad. The place looks nice and the woman who massaged me was great. Shame how everything was handled. A call from the owner to say 'sorry' was suppose to make me feel good about the time here. I wouldn't reccommend going here.
