What an amazing massage. They were very accommodating for my friend and I as we were staying in the city. Fitted us in on the same day as ringing. My massage therapist was amazing, firm pressure for which I asked and very professional. The best massage I have ever had!!!! Will definitely be coming back to visit soon. Thank you. Feeling very relaxed.

Me and my sisters booked into Orchid Day Spa for a little relaxation whilst visiting Melbourne. What we didn't know is what we paid 200 odd dollars for was actually a rub down with an exfoliation glove and then oils to follow. It was not a scrub as scrubs usually use an actual liquid and it was not a massage it was just a rub down with no pressure. Then the facial made me feel dirty not clean. I had to wash my body and face when I got back to the hotel I felt gross. This company gave me an eerie feeling from the moment I walked in but i had never been there before and i had already booked it in and paid a deposit. It is located in a great position I believe and could be an amazing place but it seems the mantra of this place is make a quick buck and people will never return. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Out of the 3 people massaged I got off the table feeling worse than I did when I sat down whilst my other 2 sisters said their masseuse barely applied any pressure and just rubbed them down with oils. I thought it was pretty gross that they used an exfoliating glove rather than an actual scrub as I don't feel like this glove would be changed for each new person that walked in. I didn't see it though but that was the feeling I got from this place. The girls were nice however you could tell that there was something that wasn't right like they aren't fully trained or know what they are doing and in that case we should not have been charged the full rate. If you want to be rubbed down on an uncomfortable bed with all the noises (creaking floors, your neighbours noises as they keep the door between open i assumed for training purposes) you can think of I would recommend this place but if you are looking for a relaxing massage definitely keep on searching as this is not it.
