Beautiful hotel on the waterfront. Extremely friendly staff. The food, from the breakfast to the evening meal was delicious and very well priced. The room was warm, comfortable and had exactly what we needed. Although the bathroom is on the small side it is manageable. Very reasonable price for our 2 night stay.

A great value place to stay which is so close to the docks and all that they have to offer. Only downside was that the rooms were very small and the bathrooms tiny. The staff were excellent though and for a single or two nights it is ideal.

The good: This place is definitely value for money. The day staff friendly and helpful. Free parking is a bonus and hard to come by in Liverpool. The mattresses seem new, even though there were small they were very comfy. Everything was spotlessly clean. Location was great not far fron the Albert Docks . I can’t say anything about the breakfast as we thought for the price we were better off getting quality breakfast somewhere else, rather than just a English breakfast. The bad: . The night staff wasn’t quite as friendly as the day staff as they just shrugged there shoulders when we complained about partying noises in the middle of the night. Some might not like the bathroom as it is very small and it would remind you more caravan bathroom, but it did its job so wasn’t a big problem for us.

Does what it says on the tin for a very reasonable cost. Rooms are the size expected from reading reviews but clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Car parking is included. Restaurant and bar are warm and welcoming, food good for the price.

Get what you pay for. It was clean and tidy. Bathing facilities are compact!Staff very friendly. Room very warm after having to close window due to the noise. Could have used the earplugs provided ! If l was on my own , l would have opted for the earplugs!!Added bonus of free parking even after we had checked out. Able to to do a bit of sightseeing without having to pay for additional parking. Value for money
