The Diamante Rooms – newcastle

Extremely rude and unhelpful, they accused me of calling several time, they said they weren't interesting in helping me and doing business with me. Very shocked and would not recommend to anyone. Also very concerned about confidentiality and safety, they asked me to tell them over the phone all my card details including my security code which should not be told to anyone and they should not be asking for that private piece of information. They twisted their words and accused me of putting words into there mouth and they said I shouldn't bother coming to them as they won't be interested in accepting me for an appointment. Absolutely shocked and i put emphasis on the fact that unless you are desperate do NOT go there.

I came here for a hair cut from dawn and was very happy with the experience and the outcome! Would definitely come again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this can’t be missed out. The Diamante Rooms was recommended to me by one of my friends. I sent a DM through their ig account and they responded to me immediately and booked me in despite short notice. Andrew, Dawn, and the other lady there (sorry didn’t catch her name) were very warm and accommodating and the day just flew with laughs and a very relaxed environment. Such beautiful souls! Andrew made sure I am happy with everything before we started and had been very professional all throughout. There’s never a dull moment during my appointment. The result was more than what I had expected! It’s perfect and I’m so glad i had my hair dyed by him. The place also is very cosy! Five out of five! 1/8/20. This was my first time at The Diamante Rooms for a cut and blow dry and definitely won’t be my last. Given the current situation I was a bit nervous as to what to expect but I felt totally comfortable there. They had hand sanitiser to use before you came through the door, disposable gowns, disposable towels and stylists wore visors. Before I was asked to sit in the chair it was all cleaned down. Also very pleased with my haircut. Thank you Andrew.

Always a great experience. Friendly staff, gorgeous setting and I always get so many compliments on my hair after visiting. I'd recommend without hesitation.

Had a deep tissue back and neck massage then a facial. Friendly staff, experienced massage, relaxing environment. Definitely recommend this place 100%

Loved my gel mani pedi at the diamante rooms. Staff were professional and friendly, and my nails look absolutely fabulous! thankyou, will be back! :)
