Meal was beautiful coffee served within 5 mins of ordering so cold by time meal finally came out cut

Meal was beautiful coffee served within 5 mins of ordering so cold by time meal finally came out cutlery was dirty and unwrapped asked for clean cutlery obviously had a smudge on it and girl wiped off smudge with bare hand requested more. Have been coming here for 3 years disappointed today also no seasoning on chips
