Best bank ever! Queues kept to a minimum. Phone and the people serving will deal with your call fast, efficiently and professionally although you feel like you are talking to your best friend!! The staff know the customer needs and keeps them informed every step of the way. I will never bank anywhere else - no other bank compares to the Co-op. My father banked there for 50 years and never had any issues what so ever! Keep up the good work Co-op!

This branch was in Bold Street and is much smaller. This makes problems when queuing to pay in a cheque, etc. Staff are okay, but when queuing I notice there may be 2, 3 or more people accessing what looks like a cellar/vault and then passing through the area where the clerks are situated. This must be awkward for the staff!

Absolutely amazed at the level of customer service from the staff at the branch, after several issues which the staff helped to resolve. The staff went above and beyond to help me get my new account opened up, thank you to all at the branch.

The Co-Op bank has got to be one of the most ethical banks that there are, I have found that with this bank (and not just this branch) that the staff are helpful and friendly and well trained. As a customer I feel just as important as the person who has a million in the bank. I have all my family and those that are bewildered as to what bank to use I send them to the Co-Op Bank. During days of mistrust in banks this is one that I have always had faith in.

It's very rare I need to go here but when I do, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. I used to always go the bank years ago when jacky used to work there. She was boss gutted she left
