**** AVOID **** Terrible experience, went to get my bank statement and was waiting for ages, then I was told they are not longer provide it over the counter, I need to use the machine. Then one machine doesn’t have such function and the other has broke down (!!! How does she not know!!!)

Very poor customer service. Staff always too busy behind the counter to serve the customers. When you want change and they ask you to give them 24hours notice but you can fax them. Who has a fax machine? Its 2018. You need to move with the times and train your staff to be faster
