The gymnasium component is good. It's well equipped and has equipment for all levels of experience. I have watched the Hyatt Personal Trainers also instruct clients whilst working out, and they are professional, approachable and good at their job. For a Park Hyatt though, the wet areas are not luxurious and don't expect it to be a Park Hyatt Spa, and that's probably why they call it "Club House". There are no spa services. But for ease of access and equipment, I think it's a good gym.

I am a member of the Hyatt Hotel Gym and it is DEFINITELY NOT a luxury experience. I am demanding my money refunded. It is a filthy place especially the female change rooms. There is orange scum in the tile grout in every shower stall. T h ere was a broken window for two weeks weeks not fixed. The floors everywhere in are so always covered with with black hairs and scum. I asked for the toilets to be cleaned and have been ignored. I have complained to the general.manager and the gym manager. T hey ignored my complaints. I have spoken to many members who echo my thoughts and impressions. T he Hyatt gym is to be avoided. I can only imagine the filth of the pool, which u sed to be clean, before the current mismanagement.
