Talk about rejuvenating! Just what this mumma needed. Fatigue, burnout, muscle soreness from training... to the point I couldn’t sleep through the night but I left my appointment floating in mind and body! And have just had the most amazing sleep! Kelly is not only lovely and professional but is a whiz when it comes to massage etc! Highly recommend and I will be making this a monthly treat to myself!
