Helpful friendly staff, very clean room that was a decent size and close enough to city centre to walk in. Also comes with overnight parking for £10 and use of the gym too. Tidy option - would definitely use again.

I checked in for at the hotel on Saturday 12 Oct. I arrived at the hotel and the man at the reception desk was nice and friendly. He took payment and then explained where the room was and asked if I wanted to upgrade. I went to my room and dropped my bags. The room was quite large with a large double bed. There was a big ensuite and a table with a kettle and all of the usual things on it. There was a couple of large windows with a nice view of the marina and the outdoor eating area. The location was good also - it was about a 15 min walk from St. Peter's Square. I would recommend this hotel for people visiting Manchester.

Pleasantly surprised. Ok, it's not The Ritz and like all hotels the value dimension will depend on what they are charging when you book, but it was spacious, had a reasonable bar and menu which were charging sensible prices, the room was fine, the gym and pool very welcome. I'll certainly check their rate card next time I'm in Manchester.

The room was clean staff friendly and helpful good breakfast and the hotel itself is in a good location for bars and restaurants. The signs to the hotel from the carpark could be better otherwise a good place to stay and would definitely stay there again

The hotel is located near by the city centre, modern and cozy with british flair, staff very friendly, charming and always able to help you out in anything at anytime. We do recommend this hotel as it is the right place to spend some days in Manchester. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great location, only few minutes walk to Deansgate. I was able to park my car during stay for a reasonable price. Room was a good size and for the price I was happy with the facilities. I like how by staying here you are supporting a charity.

I’ve stayed here 3 times now, first 2 times I was on floor one, gorgeous and spotless! However my last stay I was on floor two, only the bathroom was a bit more old fashioned but the room was filthy!! I had 8 spiders in my room, dust and cob webs EVERYWHERE! Really disappointed as I need a hotel every month for work but unlikely to book a 4th time in case its like the 3rd time again :-( I would like to add every time I have been the staff are so friendly and helpful!!!
