The Caravan Club york

It's all about the location within walking distance of the city of York. A very busy site and all gravel hard stand pitches. Pitches I find tend to be on the small side if you have a big unit and an early departure needed, 11am. Good facilities, wardens can be a little stressed due to all the activity on site but they do the job. Gets booked up every weekend so either book early or check for cancellations. But overall well worth going to.

Always worth a visit if river not too high.nice big showers.good row of shops outside back gate.some pitches a bit small.sometimes we get a choice.other visits have been told which pitch to use.

In truth the sites are all ok, nothing spectacular but ok, unfortunately whilst probably price matched to competition they are expensive.

Great base for city but watch out for road diversion while flood works taking place. Check the website for details.

Great location let down by severely regimented pitches. Very over priced, they are obviously cashing in on the location/proximity to York.

Lov being back missed being away so much.
