Getting ignored with my health problems and actually feeling so distressed . In poor health and just literally not given any good advice or treatment or referral. It’s as if I’m left to suffer or worst . Zero care and we’ll I’m pretty shocked to be honest . I feel I have to diagnosis myself then go and make suggestions because they don’t even try to find a solution for any health issue . Crikey don’t get ill seriously. Your be in huge trouble if you do . There’s no help !

100% recommend this surgery. Have been nothing but helpful to me for the last few months, my childhood doctor, helped with my mental health through school in 2018, and continued to further support and help me when I returned to Plymouth after living away for a year. Unfortunately I’ve moved away from the catchment area, but they were so polite in advising me of how to approach it. No longer a patient with Budshead but will always recommend them to those within the catchment area.

Mostly just bad advice it takes me. Less than a minute to figure out was a pile of "am doctor big brain" lies. For example recently the claim that lemsip max has aspirin in it. When lemsip max is same ingredients as basic lemsip. Just. More. And was told to keep taking the lemsip. Oh and switching me between psychoactive medications with no cool down period. Kinda dangerous by every possible account but no. Dr Murphy said it was fine. Fortunately the pharmacy just straight refused. Pretty much all the issues begin with Dr Murphy. He has a seriously high opinion of himself. And this community suffers for it

My two daughters suffer from cough for last three months. The only advice which I got from this so called medical practice was to... get covid test. We tested the few times already and all of them were negative. Then they say it is normal and we need to wait till the cough will go... My older daughter ended up in hospital with seizure. They still don't care at all. They nothing but bunch of lazy cowards hiding behind the phone and taking money for NOTHING! Money from taxes I pay! If you can't do your job properly go and start harvesting potatoes. It will be serious shortage of them soon.
