Receptionist very rude, in fact all of them are not doing the job very well. I have been waiting for them to call me after registration for 12 days, after I called them just to find out that they need my NHS number. So I gave it to them and came for appointmnet next day to find out that my registration form is still in the box waiting after 13 days! Recetionist, reception manager, told me that that nothing has been done since so I have to wait till she put it in the system otherwise I cannot see the doctor?! There was no apology for such an outrageous service they provide! She even screamed at me that "it is not my problem that it has not been processed"?! The most horrific service I have ever seen in my whole life.... I gave them 2 starts just because doctor Badger is very helpful, caring and change my decision about leaving that surgery.. but please do something about that rude and unhelpful lady with glasses! She is certainly not a person to work with people at all.

As this is our home gp, I feel compelled to say something because of the other negative comments. We have been with the surgery for many years and our experience has been improving over the years. My grandmother attend regular appointments here and members of staff have been very professional and supportive. Especially Sarah who takes care of her routine appointments, she has been so kind and helpful. Also Dr N Hopkins and Dr L Das are very friendly and professional too. This has come from our own experience, generally the service now has improved from six or seven years ago too.

I wouldn't recommend this GP to anyone at all. I was very ill and called them to get some advise but they never called me back. They are unreliable!!! They sent prescription to a chemist without asking me if I have any allergies or not. Most of the time they have available appointments but do not offer them to patients. The receptionists are always miserable and not helpful.

A horrible experience with the hygienist, who supposed doing her work for my entire dentition. 1 : Unpleasant: Showed very unprofessional when I felt she s scrubbing my Veneers a bit to much I told her to b more carful (as very expensive) that I have done abroad. As told her from the start about it. She answered rudely that she knows what she s doing. 2: she did not all of it, pretending the 5 mn late didn't allowing her finishing her work, but she charged the hall amount. 3: my veneers and teeth was barely white, and she say ( your dr has put different shades) it can be cleaned / what the hell she was talking about, I have them than by the best dentist and surgeon now it is his fault if she can't do her job properly. I was so gutted that I just pay and left swearing never ever will came back there and don't ever recommend it to anyone. Only Dr Amara (Dentist) is the best at this surgery.

The surgery is not good at all .the staff are not friendly and helpful.just Doctor Neame is a good doctor .they are so rude .specially the practice manger is very bad at job ,she ignores the patient. I don't recommend this surgery to any one .

They change appointments without telling you; doctors and receptionists couldn’t care less; 3 months and still haven’t registered my newborn baby on their system. Never experienced something so bad.

I aksed the receptionist the status of my prescription, she kept repeating the same thing (that it has been sent off) even though I told her my 'Well' app says differently. She continued to use a very hostile tone with me, when I calmly told her I found her tone rude - she raised her voice and said that I was being rude to her. Also, you have to phone several times in a row, they leave your call on hold and don't pick it up.

Got my first Codiv-19 vaccine in this GP, and after 11 weeks I call them to book my second dose, and they said I did not have yet my first dose, I said I did, and sent picture of my card, and still they did not updated the system, I call several times to chase for this to be resolved so I could get my second dose and so far anything. I even went to the GP to speak with the GP responsible/Manager and the Lady refused to receive me and told the receptionist she would call me during the afternoon and nothing so far either! This is a terrible terrible management..... no words.

An amazing local GP surgery. Dr. Barber is one of the best doctors I have met so far, and is absolutely incredible. No wonder she's always booked up. Even though our NHS is being damaged constantly by the government, it's great to see that there are amazing doctors and scientists like Dr Barber working tirelessly and efficiently in helping their patients. I think such outstanding doctors are showing significant selflessness not giving in and going into privatised healthcare. Kudos.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Probably the worst doctors I have ever visited. Doctors haven't got a clue, rude receptionists. I feel truly sorry for you if this is your surgery!
