Our pubs have been supporting microbreweries of real ale since we opened the doors of our first pub in 1979, working with local brewers up and down the country to put local beers on the pumps

Not a fan of using apps to order. Service was pretty quick after ordering. We had the full english breakfast, pretty good value. Had to sit on a stool at the table, which was not particularly comfortable, but hey, you get what you pay for.

We came here for a meal after a covid booster shot. The beers were excellent and the food was also very good. The food arrived soon after we placed the order. There was a young lady doing a great job of cleaning the tables after they had been vacated.

Lovely place, warm, welcoming, clean. Most comfortable I've felt out since relaxing of Covid rules! Friendly staff especially thanks to Ian for being a top barman (member of staff! (Is barman allowed as a title anymore?!)) Will be back to sample more of the menu and have no issues ordering via the App as its so easy to use, or at the bar!
